Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and the Pockie Ninja Classic team ("we", "us") for using Pockie Ninja Classic: the website, the game, the Windows app and the Android app. By making an account or playing, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't play.

Who can play

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
• An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

Play fair

You may not:

• cheat, or use bots, macros, hacks or modified clients;
• exploit bugs (please report them to us instead);
• use several accounts to get an unfair advantage;
• buy, sell or trade accounts, characters, items or gold for real money or anything outside the game;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, post hateful, sexual or illegal content, or spam;
• pretend to be a staff member or another player;
• attack, overload or try to break into the game, its servers or other players' accounts.

Chat

You are responsible for what you write. Chat is filtered and logged, and moderators may remove messages and mute, suspend or ban players who break these rules.

Gold and purchases

• Gold is a virtual currency for use in the game only. It has no money value, can't be exchanged back for money and can't be moved to another account outside the game.
• Purchases are final once the gold is delivered, unless the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.
• If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may remove the gold it bought or suspend the account.
• Prices and what is on sale may change.

Your account and items

Your characters, items and gold are a licence to use them in the game; you don't own them. We may change the game, its items and its balance at any time. While the game is in beta, game data may be changed or reset.

Suspension and closing

We may warn, mute, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts other players or the service at risk. You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account (how).

The service

Pockie Ninja Classic is free to play and provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but it may be down for maintenance or problems, and we may change, pause or end it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost items or indirect losses from using the game.

The game's content

The game, its art, music and code are protected. You may not copy, sell or reuse them except as the law allows. You are welcome to share screenshots and videos of your own play.

Changes

We may update these terms. We update this page and its date, and announce important changes in the game's news. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
